FAQ
Is Happy Mind Society right for me?
Direct answers about access, fit, location, privacy, and professional scope.
Who are the courses for?
Courses are designed for adults who want clear, practical education about anxiety, stress, sleep, boundaries, mindfulness, attachment, and emotional wellbeing.
You can work at your own pace, pause whenever you need, and skip any activity that does not feel useful or appropriate.
Are these courses therapy?
No. Happy Mind Society provides psychology-informed education and reflection tools. We do not diagnose, prescribe, provide individual therapy, or offer crisis intervention.
Resources can complement appropriately qualified professional care, but they do not replace it.
Where can I use the courses?
Happy Mind Society is UK-based. Online resources are available through a web browser and are written in UK English.
Product pages explain any account, payment, delivery, or availability requirements before you buy.
Who creates and reviews the material?
Courses and workbooks are created by Alana Robinson and Kirsty Hawker, who both hold BSc (Hons) Psychology with Counselling degrees.
Their qualifications, working approach, educational scope, and quality standards are published on the Creators and Professional Standards pages.
How is private learning information handled?
The replacement platform provides private learner areas for course access, downloads, progress, and saved reflections. Private reflections are not used for advertising.
Read the current Privacy Policy for the information stored, service providers involved, retention, and your data-protection rights.
How can I contact Happy Mind Society?
